Courses

Our courses can be viewed on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Yes, several of our courses are accredited by both RoSPA and CPD. Look out for the accreditation logos on the course pages.

Course durations will vary depending on course content and individual users. We usually recommend allowing 30 to 45 minutes to complete each course.

Yes. Your learners will have access to the whole course library. Each course uses one credit. If you need your learners to only take specific courses, please communicate this to them before giving them access.

Yes. All our eLearning courses include an assessment to check the user has understood the course content. The assessments are usually around 8 to 10 questions with a pass rate of 80%.

Yes. All courses include a personalised PDF certificate on completion. This is saved into the user’s training record and can also be downloaded/printed.

Yes! We offer a free demo where you can check out the course content with no obligation.

Yes. Once a course has been started, the user can access the course material for a full year before it will expire and they would need to use a new credit should they wish to re-take the course.

Credits

You need one credit per user, per course. For example, if you have 25 staff you need to train in Fire Safety and 6 staff you need to train in Legionella Awareness, then you need to purchase 31 credits.

Yes! The more credits you buy, the less you pay per credit. Visit our pricing page to see the packages available.

Yes. The minimum order number is 1 credit.

All credits are valid for a full two years from the purchase date. Once a credit has been ‘spent’ on a course, the user can access the course material for a full year before it will expire and they would need to use a new credit should they need to re-take the course.

When you log into your account you can view your credit balance both on the dashboard and by visiting the ‘Credit Admin’ page.

Learning Management System (LMS)

No, all users have access to our LMS for free.

Our LMS includes reporting tools, training records and user admin facilities. Please see our Features page for more information.

You may have as many users as you like, there is no limit.

Yes, all users will have access to their own learning platform where they can view the courses and their individual training records.
